This collet rack easily organizes your collets into the correct size. Store up to 10. of each size.

The collet rack come in horizontal and vertical. They also come in a 10 collet per size configuration.

The collet racks can be customized to fit your needs. If you need metric, different sizes or a rack for a different size or type of collet we can do that as well.

This is not the typical flimsy sheet metal collet rack with painted labeling. The ER16 collet rack is made from a solid piece of aluminum, not a "made in China" casted low quality product. It is manufactured and anodized in the USA. After being anodized it returns to our machine shop and the lettering is then engraved into the collet rack. The lettering will never rub off because they are machined into the product. The collet rack also features a sizing post for every size collet on the rack. This will insure that the collets are returned to the correct location every time. You will then be more organized leading to more productivity in your shop. All edges of the collet rack have radii milled around it so there are no sharp edges. There are 4 rubber feet on the bottom to insure it will not move around. The ER16 collet rack weighs over 3 pounds. Size: 12.0" x 5.0" x 1.0"

These shelf brackets are CNC machined from a solid piece for aluminum.  

There is no casting or assemble to these parts.

Parts are machined "look" the same on both sides.

The parts are made from 6061 aluminum and then anodized for durability.  

The price includes two shelf brackets.

Brackets are 1.0" thick x 5.75" X 6.25"  ( the shelf brackets can be mounted to the wall either way)

We can custom make any size that you need.

These brackets can easily hold 100 pounds if mounted to the wall properly.

I have machined parts for the aircraft industry for many years and quality has and always will be #1.  I have always been frustrated because I like the raw machined look and I never could find anything made with it so, I started Machinist Choice Interiors and the concept was born.  The "Raw Machined Look" does not make the parts rough or sharp.  All sharp edges were removed by the machine when being made.

We make these parts in the same shop on the same machines that still make parts for the aircraft industry in our family owned machine shop in Texas.
