why we keep things simple

After machining, programming and running machine shops for 14 years, I took a step back to take a look at how the entire machining process was done. Being a machinist, I always strived for efficiency and saw the struggles that the customers and the machine shop personnel had on a daily basis. Being frustrated by this I started CMP Manufacturing Inc. in 2006 to give customers and workers somewhere to go that was honest, efficient and cost effective. We all at CMP just want to do a good job, efficiently and feel good about what we have done at the end of the day.
